At CHITA LIVING, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack the items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
